The project
Infocube, the Cuore Napoli Basket’s official sponsor, handled the project and development of the site’s components of information architecture, interface, technology, content, and graphic layout.
The site was developed using WordPress, CMS Open Source, using special plugins for customizing the pages and improving its optimization on the main search engines.
The sections devoted to the Team and the Players have customizable tabs with brief details of each players’ careers and activities. In addition to the Calendar section, which includes the upcoming matches, there is a section dedicated to the Press Review, which is updated on a regular basis and contains articles from major
newspapers such as Il Roma, La Repubblica, Il Mattino, and others.
The customer
Cuore Napoli Basket is the city of Naples’ current basketball team, which competes in the National Basketball Championship in Serie B but is also present in all youth categories. A blue heart that embraces a ball in wedges is the logo of this new reality of the Campania basketball scene. For Il Cuore di Napoli, basketball is a tool for social and educational integration.
